James Bergida is an ethicist and business scholar, whose current research focuses on religious perspectives on finance.
As an undergraduate, James studied Philosophy at Christendom College and graduated summa cum laude in 2009. His research focused on intention in business and economics. James spent a year of post-baccalaureate study at Rome’s Accademia Vivarium Novum. Several years of hands-on business experience have complemented his academic work, grounding it in the facts of today’s market. James’s interests also include environmental ethics, especially as applied to agriculture.
James is a member of the Academy of Management and the Society for Business Ethics. From the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, he now resides and studies in Oxford, UK.
